2025 Style Goals
As we head into a New Year (2025!) do you find your self thinking, I wish I knew how to dress for my body shape or I wish I had my own personal style. Instead we often hear, it’s a New Year I need to get my workout back on track or I need to eat healthy again. These are goals that may start off strong in January but can lose steam as the months pass by. It’s time to switch that mindset and instead of setting the same January goals, start thinking about how to elevate your personal style with your current beautiful shape & size.
Try these two steps to get you set-up for 2025 ~
Have your wardrobe organized, accessible and keep everything you wear & love. Remove the pieces that are dated, no longer fit and are worn out. Once you complete this step it will be like a weight lifted off your shoulders, now you’ll have space for newness (adding outfits that you’ll wear all the time!) 80% of people wear the same 20% of their wardrobe, you should be wearing 100%!
Once you complete the wardrobe cleanse you can then create a shopping list of the pieces you’d like to add into the wardrobe. These pieces should be items that create interchangeable outfits with your current wardrobe and also be items that you love and want to wear all the time. Having a shopping list is key to avoiding impulse purchases, it gives you guidance and helps you shop with intention.
Overall, you want to be able to visually see everything in your wardrobe by having only items you love and wear as well as some great organization (matching hangers) and storage (bins for shoes, baskets for accessories etc.)
